( Figs 44–51 View FIGURES 44–51 )
Minutaleyrodes pearlis Pushpa and Sundararaj, 2010: 47–48 .
Material examined: Minutaleyrodes pearlis Pushpa and Sundararaj : Holotype, India, Karnataka, Srinkeri , on Syzygium sp., 14.vi.2007, R. Pushpa ( NFIC-FRI # 21874 ).
Hosts. Myrtaceae : Syzygium sp. ( Pushpa and Sundararaj, 2010).
Distribution. India: Karnataka ( Pushpa and Sundararaj, 2010).
Remarks. Presence of the first abdominal setae ( Fig. 45 View FIGURES 44–51 ), prominent median tubercles on the abdominal segments, emarginated tracheal pores and puparial shape similar to A. hikosanensis and A. trachelospermi agree with the genus characters of Aleuroclava , and Aleuroclava pearlis (Pushpa and Sundararaj) comb. nov. is proposed for Minutaleyrodes pearlis Pushpa and Sundararaj. Aleuroclava pearlis (Pushpa and Sundararaj) comb. nov. has a ventral submarginal fold, and although this is not a genus character for Aleuroclava , several species currently placed in Aleuroclava have a ventral submarginal fold.
