Material examined: 1 maleand 7 females, China, Hainan Province: Bawangling Mountain National Nature Reserve, 19.13°N, 109.10°E, 300m, 7 June 2007, H. Yuleg. ( CBEE).
Diagnosis:The male of this species can be distinguished from other Prosoponoidesspecies by the long embolus with wide membrane ( Fig. 4D) which is gradually reduced distally. The femle of this species can be differed from other Prosoponoidesspecies by the coiled copulatory ducts ( Figs 5D–E) which are about two and half coils in P. sinensebut less than two coils in other Prosoponoidesspecies.

Distribution: China( Fujian; Hainan, new record; Zhejiang), Vietnam( Cao Bang, Sac Tay) ( Fig. 9).
