Pacific slope: Lempa, Goascorán, Nacaome, Choluteca and Negro.   Remarks: Bussing (2002)describes the distributional range for  R. bouchelleias across the Atlantic slope of Central Americafrom the Patuca River in Hondurasto the Matina River in Costa Rica. Martin (1972)reported  R. bouchellei(field numbers MMH 1969-14, MMH 1969-19, material deposited at LACM) in the Sico-Tinto o Negro River, which is located west of the Patuca River. We consider the distributional range of  R. bouchelleito extend from the Sico-Tinto o Negro River in Hondurasto the Matina River in Costa Rica, in the Atlantic slope of Central America.
