( 1♂ CEUFT).   Distribution. Venezuela, Suriname, Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil: Amazonas, Pará, Maranhão, Ceará, Rio Grande do Norte, Acre, Rondônia, Mato Grosso, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Santa Catarina, and Rio Grande do Sul( Machado and Martins 2018).  New records. Tocantins: Palmas municipality.   Comments.Only 2 femalesof T. variawere present in the CEUFT collection, which made it impossible to do a morphological comparison between both sexes.
