It is the first record of this species from Vietnam.   Remarks.In comparison with the holotypeand male paratypefrom Singapore, the Vietnamese specimen has shorter postero-ocellar distance (2.0× ocular-ocellar distance vs. 2.4×), differences in coloration of pronotum (reddish vs. black) and mesopleuron (mainly black vs. mainly reddish).
