DISTRIBUTION: New Guinea; Thornton Peak (N. Queensland, Australia).

COMMENT: Does not include lorentzi ; see comment under lorentzi . Baverstock et al., 1980, Aust. J. ZooL, 28:553-574, considered the Thornton Peak, Queensland, population a distinct, undescribed, species as does CHSW.
