Holotype male with labels: (1) printed with handwritten inscriptions on white label: “ Hydrophoria nigrinitida / health and quarantine station of Yaan”; (2) printed with handwritten inscriptions on white label: “ 2018 / Yingjing / 90. V.31 ”; (3) printed with handwritten inscriptions on white label: “ Paocaowan / 2400 meters above sea level / collector Yan Feng 90. V.31 ”; (4) handwritten on white label: “2018”; (5) printed with handwritten inscriptions on red label: “ HOLOTYPE / Hydrophoria / nigrinitida / Feng ”.

Preservation: pinned; genitalia dissected and mounted in a plastic tube. Missing parts: right wing.
