Holotype male with labels: (1) handwritten on white label: “ Habahe County White Haba Mountain / shrub / 77.7.19 collector Qian ”; (2) handwritten on white label: “ E. quadrirecta sp.”; (3) handwritten on red label: “ Eremomyia / quadrirecta / Chien et Fan / 1978”; (4) printed with handwritten inscriptions on red label: “ TYPE / Eutrichota / quadrirecta / Qian et Fan ”.
Preservation: pinned; specimen intact.
Additional notes: Holotype collected at Habahe County of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region; labels of Holotype pinned by Zide Fan , but the date of collection on the label (77.7.19) do not match with the date in the original publication (1978.VII.19) .
Current name: Eutrichota quadrirecta Qian & Fan, 1981 .
