Holotype male with labels: (1) handwritten on white label: “Xinyuan Nalati / entrance of marmot hole”; (2) handwritten on white label: “S 2 -35”; (3) handwritten on white label: “ Leucophora brevifrons Stein, 1916 ”; (4) handwritten on white label: “close to L. brevifrons , paraphallus short and presternum pilosity”; (5) handwritten on red label: “ Leucophora nr. / dasyprosterna / subsp. n.”; (6) printed with handwritten inscriptions on red label: “ TYPE / Leucophora / brevifrons / dasyprosterna / Fan et Qian ”; (7) printed with handwritten inscriptions on red label: “ TYPE / Leucophora / dasyprosterna / Fan et Qian ”.
Preservation: pinned; head mounted on paper triangle.
Additional notes: Holotype collected by Jinquan Qian at Haba River , Xinjiang.
Current name: Leucophora dasyprosterna Fan & Qian, 1988 .
