Holotype male with labels: (1) printed on yellow label: “Chiponsan / June.6.1935”; (2) handwritten on white label: “Eyes with hairs, arista plumose”; (3) handwritten on white label: “ Pegoplata / dasiomma / sp.n.”; (4) printed with handwritten inscriptions on red label: “ TYPE / Pegoplata / dasiomma / Fan ”.
Preservation: pinned; left wing a little damaged. Missing parts: abdomen.
Current name: Pegoplata dasiomma Fan, 1982.
