Paratype male with labels: (1) handwritten on white label: “Xicen / 93.7.18”; (2) printed on yellow label: “ PARATYPE ”; (3) printed with handwritten inscriptions on white label: “ Pegohylemyia / flavibellula / Identifier: Anxiao Deng ”; (4) printed with handwritten inscriptions on red label: “ PARATYPE / Botanophila / flavibellula / (Deng, Geng et Liu) ”.
Preservation: pinned. Missing parts: right mid leg.
Paratype male with labels: (1) handwritten on white label: “Hongshibao / 93.7.18”; (2) printed on yellow label: “ PARATYPE ”; (3) printed with handwritten inscriptions on white label: “ Pegohylemyia / flavibellula / Identifier: Anxiao Deng ”; (4) printed with handwritten inscriptions on red label: “ PARATYPE / Botanophila / flavibellula / (Deng, Geng et Liu) ”.
Preservation: pinned; right fore leg mounted on the first label.

Current name: Botanophila flavibellula ( Deng, Geng & Liu, 1995) .
