Holotype male with labels: (1) handwritten on white label: “ Jigong Mountain / 83.X.13”; (2) handwritten on white label: “9”; (3) printed with handwritten inscriptions on red label: “ TYPE / Nupedia / henanensis / Ge et Fan ”.
Preservation: pinned. Missing parts: tarsus of right hind leg, tibia and tarsus of left fore leg.
Additional notes: Holotype collected at Xixia , Henan Province.
Current name: Pegoplata henansensis (Ge & Fan, 1982) .
