Democratic Republic of Congo, Nulunau (1800 m) 24.V.1970, T. De Stefani (♀) (MRT).

Distribution.

Pardalota asymmetrica was described by Karsch (1896) on a series of specimens from Uganda and Tanzania (see also Hollier 2010). It has been recently recorded in the Democratic Republic of Congo by Heller et al. (2014). This new record extends the known distribution of this species westwards.
