Global distribution: Southern Palearctic, Oriental (south-east China and India: west Bengal) and Neotropical regions.
Distribution in Iran: Fars, Kerman, Kermanshah, East Azerbaijan and Razavi Khorasan provinces. Notes: This is the first record of this species for Yazd province.
