Remarks.—Described by Zajciw as a species of Mielkea Zajciw, 1965 (now a synonym of Gigantotrichoderes ) from Pará, Brazil. It is now known from Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama, Venezuela, Suriname, French Guiana, Ecuador, Brazil (Amazonas, Pará, and Maranhão), and Bolivia ( Santa Cruz).
