Remarks.—A lectotype male was designated at the Natural History Museum in London. This species is known from Mexico ( Chiapas and Veracruz), Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica.
Material examined.— BELIZE ( new country records), Stann Creek District, 19 specimens, Toucan Ridge Ecology & Education Society field station ( TREES) , Middlesex , 37 km W of Dangriga, 10– 12 June, 2016, 13– 15 June, 2016, 20 June–1 July, 2016, mv/blacklight, L. G. Bezark collector ( LGBC, UDCD) ; Cayo District, 2 specimens, Chiquibul forest, Maya Mountains, Las Cuevas Research Station , 570’, blacklight, 14–20 May, 2007,, F. G. Andrews collector ( CSCA) .
