Eustenogaster gibbosa Starr & van der Vecht, in Hashim et al. 2006: 289 , 291, figs. 1(a, c, e, g), ♀, ♂ —“ Malaysia, Gombak FSC” (holotype MSNUF).

Material examined. PHILIPPINES: PALAWAN : Brooke’s Point , XI.2014, 2 ♂ (MSVI).

Distribution. Philippine Islands: Palawan *. Malaysia: Peninsular Malaysia, Borneo; Singapore; Indonesia: Kalimantan, Sumatra, Mentawai Islands, Krakatau, Java, Bangka Island.

Notes. The examined specimens show the same dark coloration of specimens from Mentawai Islands reported by Saito & Kojima (2007).
