Distribution. China (Hebei, Qinghai).

Remarks. This species is similar to Acroclita elaeagnivora Oku , but can be separated by the following features of the male genitalia: socius digitate, and ventral margin of basal opening with a nearly triangular process. In Acroclita elaeagnivora , the socius is long, hook-shaped, and the ventral margin of the basal opening bears a process with a blunt termination.
