Diagnosis. Readily recognized within Chrysocoris Hahn, 1834 by the medially deeply impressed anterior collar of the pronotum and the unique, complex colour pattern of the body ( Figs. 4–5 View FIGURES 1 – 9 ).
Distribution. India!; Myanmar; Thailand; China ( Macau); Taiwan!
Discussion. The holotype of L. giranensis , deposited at EIHU, perfectly fitting the original description, was examined and found to be clearly conspecific with a specimen of L. fascialis from India. Consequently, we consider L. giranensis as a junior synonym of the latter species.
