Face width 1.2 × height of eye and 1.3 × height of face and clypeus combined. Clypeus strongly convex, with very lower flange. Hypoclypeal depression width 0.55 × distance from edge of depression to eye, 0.3 × width of face. Length of maxillary palpus 1.5 × head height (without mandible). Head below eyes (front view) distinctly and roundly narrowed.

Antenna almost filiform, more than 24-segmented (apical segments missing). Scape about as long as its maximum width, 2.2 × longer than pedicel. First flagellar segment 3.0 × longer than its maximum width in basal half, 1.1 × longer than second segment; second segment 5.0 × longer than its apical width. Submedian segments 3.7 × longer than their width

Mesosoma. Length 2.55 × its height. Pronotal neck without pronotal carina. Median lobe of mesoscutum with shallow but distinct median furrow. Notauli deep, fused submedially and following as one very wide and deep excavation towards posterior margin of mesoscutum, densely and coarsely crenulate-rugose, with distinct median long carina in posterior half.. Prescutellar depression shallow, with distinct median and two lateral carinae, rugulose-coriaceous, medially 0.3 × as long as scutellum. Scutellum with fine and incomplete lateral carinae. Metanotum with two short and subparallel carinae and one distinct and short median carinae (dorsal view); with short, wide and subpointed metanotal tooth (lateral view). Sternaulus deep and wide, smooth in upper half and crenulate in lower half. Metapleural flange without pubescence along posterior margin.

Wings. Fore wing 4.3 × longer than its maximum width. Pterostigma 4.2 × longer than width. Metacarp as long as pterostigma. Second radial abscissa 2.1 × longer than first abscissa, 0.25 × as long as the straight third abscissa, 0.7 × as long as first radiomedial vein. Second radiomedial cell 2.4 × longer than its maximum width, 0.6 × as long as brachial cell. First medial abscissa distinctly sinuate. Mediocubital vein weakly sinuate. Recurrent vein about 10.0 × longer than second abscissa of medial vein, 0.65 × as long as first radiomedial vein, 0.35 × as long as second abscissa of basal vein. Nervulus interstitial, perpendicular to anal vein. Brachial cell long, narrow, not widened medially and not narrowed towards apex. Hind wing 5.8 × longer than its maximum width. First abscissa of mediocubital vein 0.3 × as long as second abscissa. Second mediocubital abscissa submedially without tubercle and additional oblique vein. Medial cell without constriction submedially, 15.0 × longer than wide, 0.5 × as long as wing. Recurrent vein straight, antefurcal, faintly pigmented, not sclerotised.

Legs. Fore tibia with eigh rather slender spines arranged in single row. Hind coxa 2.1 × longer than maximum width, 1.2 × longer than propodeum. Hind femur 3.1 × longer than maximum width. Hind tibia dorsally with six distinct spines arranged in single row. Hind tarsus 0.9 × as long as hind tibia. Hind basitarsus 0.8 × as long as second-fifth segments combined. Second segment of hind tarsus 0.4 × as long as basitarsus, 1.2 × longer than fifth segment (without pretarsus).

Metasoma 1.4 × longer than head and mesosoma combined. First tergite without dorsope, with very small spiracular tubercles in basal third, tergite weakly and linearly widened from base to apex. Acrosternite of first segment 0.6 × as long as tergite. Maximum width of first tergite 1.8 × its minimum width; length 4.2 × its apical width, 2.3 × length of propodeum. Second tergite with very fine and subparallel lateral obtuse carinae in basal half, not fused posteriorly with second suture. Median length of second tergite 2.9 × its basal width, 2.0 × length of third tergite. Second suture distinct and narrow, weakly curved medially, strongly curved forwards in lateral quarters. Laterotergites separated on second and third tergites.

Sculpture and pubescence. Vertex densely and rather finely granulate; frons entirely densely granulatereticulate, partly with fine additional aciculation, rugose-striate on narrow median area. Face entirely densely and coarsely undulately transversely striate with fine reticulation between striae; temple finely and densely coriaceous, smooth below. Mesoscutum densely and distinctly granulate, with dense rugosity on median lobe, with distinct rugosity in narrow area in medioposterior half and with distinct median longitudinal carina in basal half. Scutellum densely granulate with fine punctation. Mesopleuron finely and interruptedly striate in upper third, finely reticulate to smooth in lower two thirds. Propodeum without areas, entirely densely rugose-areolate, with distinct median longitudinal carina in basal half. Hind coxae almost entirely densely granulate-coriaceous, dorsally without striation. Hind femur entirely finely and densely coriaceous to smooth below, with rugosity dorsally. First tergite entirely coarsely rugose-reticulate, without striation apically. Second tergite distinctly and densely rugosereticulate with additional granulation, almost smooth laterally. Third tergite finely coriacerous in basal half and smooth in apical half. Remaining tergites smooth. Vertex almost entirely with numerous, dense and semi-erect or erect and short pale setae. Mesoscutum entirely with numerous, very dense, medium length, semi-erect pale setae. Mesopleuron with numerous, dense, rather short and semi-erect pale setae, widely glabrous in submedian third.
