Distribution. Not determined. Galápagos: Santa Cruz (ICCDRS).

Material examined. Galápagos: Santa Cruz : Miconia forest, iii.2016, L . Betancourt (2 ♀, ICCDRS) .

Remarks. Adults of this species have been trapped in the Miconia zone. This species appears undescribed, possibly related to a group of species which includes Micropeza abbreviata Cresson (M.D. Jackson, pers. comm.).
