Diagnosis. As for genus.

Remarks. Notopelta mortenseni is superficially similar to Chinommatia bruuni . Both species are compared in the remarks for the latter (see above).

Distribution. Known only from Indonesia (Kei Is.) and Andaman Sea. Depth: 17– 75 m.
