Pristolaelaps Womersley, 1956: 571 (Synonymy by Ryke, 1962).

Type species: Laelaps (Hypoaspis) venetus Berlese, 1903b by original designation.

Diagnosis. The concept of Ololaelaps used here is based on that of Beaulieu et al. (2019).
