Vernacular Names: Broad-headed Pipistrelle.

Synonyms: Hypsugo bellieri De Vree 1972 .

Distribution: Liberia, Côte d’Ivoire, Cameroon, Dem. Rep. Congo, N Angola, S Sudan.

Conservation: IUCN 2003 and IUCN / SSC Action Plan (2001) – Lower Risk (lc) as Pipistrellus crassulus .

Discussion: Includes bellieri ; see Heller et al. (1994).
