Type locality.
"Glina Fl." [Glina river], Croatia.
Remarks.
"In schedis" name by Parreyss, introduced by Brot (1878) in synonymy of " Hemisinus acicularis ( Férussac, 1823)". Clessin (1890) made it available by treating it as a valid name (see Note 2). Starobogatov et al. (1992: 65) again considered the species as a junior synonym of Microcolpia acicularis .
