Current name: Nolana humifusa (Gouan) I.M. Johnst. ( Nolanaceae ).

Note: Linnaeus includes this name in Species Plantarum, ed. 2, 1: 202 (1762), with reference to Linnaeus filius. Johnson (in Proc. Amer. Acad. Sci. 71: 51-52. 1936) shows that Gouan’s name pre-dates that of L. f.
