Distribution in Iran. Alborz ( Bodemeyer 1927; Farahbakhsh 1961; Platia 2013a), Ardabil, Golestan, Sistan & Baluchestan, West Azarbaijan ( Cate et al. 2002), Chaharmahal & Bakhtiari, Qom ( Platia 2013a), East Azarbaijan ( Modarres Awal 1997; Cate et al. 2002), Fars ( Farahbakhsh 1961; Modarres Awal 1997; Cate et al. 2002; Nemati & Pezhman 2014), Guilan, Mazandaran ( Cate et al. 2002; Platia 2013a), Isfahan ( Cate et al. 2002; Bagheri et al. 2004a; Platia 2013a), Tehran ( Modarres Awal 1997; Cate et al. 2002; Platia 2013a), Iran (no locality cited) ( Khanjani 2006; Platia 2013a).

New materials. Fars (Mian Jangal, 10 km W Shiraz), Golestan (45 km E Minudasht), Hamadan (Razan to Damgh Road, 15 km W Razn), Isfahan (Mohammad-Abad), Kermanshah (Varleh; 5 km E Ghasr-e Shirin), Northern Khorasan (73 km E Minudasht) (Platia coll.).

Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canary Islands (Lanzarote), Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Egypt, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Latvia, Lybia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldavia, Morocco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia-Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan ( Cate 2007).
