Habitat.
On beaches, in salt marshlands and in freshwater habitats; can be found together with C. fischeri ( Wiesner 1996).
Phenology.
February to September ( Wiesner 1996).
Distribution range.
From the Arabian Peninsula to India ( Wiesner 1992).
Distribution in the southern Levant.
