Genetic data. BIN: BOLD:ADR9019 (n=1 from Ethiopia). Three supposedly conspecific DNA barcodes from Yemen (cf. Hausmann 2006) at a genetic distance of 2.7–3.0% (short sequence fragments), requiring further, integrative taxonomic research.

Distribution. Algeria, Ethiopia, Kenya, Saudi Arabia, Tanzania, Yemen ( Rothschild 1915; Fletcher 1974, 1958; Wiltshire 1980; Hausmann 1999).
