Comments

Found moving near stagnant pools at a low-elevation (544 m asl) streams. Species identification was based on extensive webbing and swollen toe tips. Poynton (1966) records both Phrynobatrachus natalensis and Phrynobatrachus acridoides from Mt. M’pàluwé area. We only found the latter.
