Type species. Ekaphyes anacardi Boczek & Chandrapatya, 2000f: 404–407 .
Diagnosis. Body fusiform; scapular setae (sc) and tubercles on rear shield margin, directed anterior, anterior lobe absent; opisthosomal annuli dorsoventrally subequal.
This genus is monotypic ( Amrine et al. 2003).
