Host. Cinnamomum zeylanicum (Lauraceae) .

Habit. Large, irregular, conical and hairless galls on leaf underface, and on leaf stalks and new stems.

Distribution. Indonesia (Java).

Remarks. Nalepa (1909) provided no figures for this species.
