Habit. Vagrant, discoloration, sterility, virus transmission.

Distribution. Myanmar, India (Bangalore, Mysore), Nepal.

Remarks. Aceria cajani is an important pest of pigeonpea and can transmit pigeonpea sterility mosaic virus (PPSMV) (Kumer et al. 2001, 2002 & 2005; Kulkarni et al. 2002).
