Ex Hylocichla mustelina (wood thrush): TN, Blount Co., Tremont Institute, 19 Jun. 2002, P. Super (Reeves et al. 2004 a).

Ex Melospiza melodia (song sparrow): NC, Haywood Co., Purchase Knob, 18 Jul. 2002, P. Super (Reeves et al. 2004 a).

Ornithomyia bequaerti and Ornithomyia anchineuria are members of a cryptic species complex previously reported from a wide variety of bird in the Park (Reeves et al. 2004 a).
