Although Broun did not offer any explicit details as to how these three nominal taxa differed from each other, the differences displayed in the type specimens is no greater than that of normal variation in the species. The type specimen of B. cervalis View in CoL is a female, which is substantially broader than the male type specimens of the other two species.
