LITERATURE. — Dowsett (1993); Portier (2002c).

FIELD DATA. — GBIF.

STATUS. — Resident?

REMARK. — Included in the Burkina Faso checklist by Dowsett (1993), and later reported as very rare for Nazinga ( Portier 2002c) and one unsubstantiated record from Bobo-Dioulasso in 2004 ( GBIF 2020). Two individuals were mist-netted in the extreme south of Burkina Faso at Le Copalier, Comoé-Léraba classified forest, 9°45’37”N, 4°35’49”W in 2011 and 2012. The status of the species in Burkina Faso needs further assessment.
