Geographic distribution.
Cosmopolitan species. In tundra zone of Russia: lakes of Korotaikha River basin ( Zaloznyj 1978), the Yamal Peninsula ( Stepanov 2016).
Location.
The species was not recorded in the Kharbey lakes. It was only found in an oxbow lake in the Pechora River delta (68°8'8.2"N, 53°36'33.8"E).
Ecology.
Sandy-clay sediment (depth 0.5 m).
