Etymology

The species is named for its type locality in the vicinity of Naga City .

Diagnosis

One pair of spermathecal pores in 5/6 at ninth setal line, laterally placed, spermathecal pores 0.29 mm circumference apart; copulatory bursae with two large oval pads from medial sides, openings 0.25 mm circumference apart.

Description

Medium brown dorsal pigment except around setae, and on segmental equators where setae are closely spaced. Dimensions 36–53 mm by 2.7–3.0 mm at segment x, 2.5–2.6 mm at xxx, 2.4–2.8 mm at clitellum, segments 57–76; body circular in crosssection. Setae numbering 31–38 at vii, 41–48 at xx; seven to ten between male pores, size and spacing differing between dorsal and ventral setae, setal formula AA:AB:YZ:ZZ51:1:3:4 at xiii. Clitellum annular xiv–xvi; setae invisible externally. Female pore on xiv in well-defined oval.

First dorsal pores 12/13. One pair of spermathecal pores in 5/6 at ninth setal lines, laterally placed, spermathecal pores 0.29 mm circumference apart. 0.4–0.5 mm transverse furrowed lip openings of copulatory bursae paired in xviii at eighth setal lines, openings 0.25 mm circumference apart. Genital markings lacking.

Septa 5/6–7/8 thick, 8/9/10 absent, 10/11–13/14 thin. Gizzard long cylinder in viii–x, oesophagous with large blood supply xi–xiv but not lamellar; intestine begins in xvi, small paired lymph glands from xxvii along dorsal vessel; intestinal caeca simple originating in xxvii, and extending anteriorly about to xxiv, finger-shaped sac with smooth margins; typhlosole very small found from xxvii. Male sexual system holandric, testes and funnels in ventral paired sacs in x–xi, large. Seminal vesicles two pairs xi–xii, prostates in xvii–xx glands in one or two lobes; if two lobes then lobes anterior, posterior to copulatory bursae; slender muscular ducts, entering central medial face of copulatory bursae without stalked glands; copulatory bursae with two large oval pads from medial sides, anterior, posterior; one small posterior-lateral pad from floor, one large block-like pad on floor below penis. Penis a broad oval with narrow low apex, on bursa roof.
