Distribution in Vietnam. In forest, grassland, cultivated land, urban soil.

Northwest: Lào Cai ( Hoàng Liên national park ; Sa Pa).

Northeast: Phú Thọ (Xuân Sõn national park).

Red River Delta: Hà N ội (Đống Ða, Hoàn Kiếm, Hai Bà Trýng, Thanh Xuân, C ầu Gi ấy, Tây H ồ, Sóc Sõn, T ừ Liêm, Gia Lâm, Thanh Trì, Đông Anh.

Mekong River Delta: Hậu Giang (Lung Ngọc Hoàng natural reserve).
