Type data. Free larva collected on a black plate, Malaysia, Kedah State, Sungei Teliang , in NE part of state .

Hosts. RODENTIA : Maxomys surifer , Menetes berdmorei ; SCANDENTIA : Tupaia glis .

Distribution. Malaysia, Thailand.
