Type deposition. Originally in USNM. The holotype and the only known specimen of T. alethrix was lost ( Vercammen-Grandjean & Langston 1976) .

Type data. Ex Leopoldamys sabanus (syn. Rattus sabanus ), Malaysia, Sarawak State, Kapit District, Nanga Pelagus.

Hosts. RODENTIA : Leopoldamys sabanus .

Distribution. Malaysia.
