Type data. Ex Apodemus flavicollis , Microtus arvalis , and Myodes glareolus , Ukraine, Zakarpattia Province, Khust District.

Hosts. RODENTIA : Apodemus agrarius , A. flavicollis , A. sylvaticus , Microtus arvalis , Myodes glareolus ; AVES: Larvivora sibilans , Pellorneum ruficeps , Turdus dissimilis .

Distribution. EUROPE: Slovakia, Ukraine; ASIA: Iran, Vietnam.
