Type data. Ex Niviventer niviventer (syn. Rattus niveiventer ), Laos, Xieng Khouang Province, Lat Huang.

Hosts. RODENTIA : Leopoldamys sabanus , Maxomys surifer , Niviventer niviventer , Rattus rattus ; CHIROPTERA : Megaderma spasma ; AVES: Lonchura punctulata .

Distribution. Laos, Malaysia, Thailand.
