Type data. Ex Rattus baluensis (syn. Rattus rattus baluensis ), Malaysia, Borneo Is., Kinabalu Mt., Kamborangah.

Hosts. RODENTIA : Rattus baluensis , Sundamys muelleri ; SCANDENTIA : Dendrogale sp., Tupaia montana .

Distribution. Malaysia.
