Type deposition. Musée royal de l’Afrique Centrale, Tervuren, Belgium ( MRAC) .

Type data. Ex Myonycteris angolensis (syn. Rousettus (Lissonycteris) angolensis ), Rwanda, Nyakibanda.

Hosts. CHIROPTERA : Myonycteris angolensis , Rousettus leschenaultia .

Distribution. AFRICA: Rwanda; ASIA: Thailand.

Remarks. I cannot exclude the possibility that the record of this African species in Thailand ( Lakshana 1973) is a result of misidentification.
