Type data. Ex Niviventer cremoriventer (syn. Rattus cremoriventer cremoriventer ), Malaysia, Selangor State, Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve.

Hosts. RODENTIA : Leopoldamys sabanus , Maxomys whiteheadi , Niviventer cremoriventer , Rattus tiomanicus , Sundamys annandalei , S. muelleri ; SORICOMORPHA : Chimarrogale hantu , Crocidura malayana .

Distribution. Malaysia.
