Hosts. SQUAMATA : Draco fimbriatus , D. maximus , D. volans ; AVES: Eurystomus orientalis , Falco severus , Haliaeetus sanfordi , Hirundo tahitica , Todiramphus chloris .

Distribution. Malaysia, Papua New Guinea, Philippines.
