Hosts. LAGOMORPHA : Lepus peguensis ; AVES: Caprimulgus macrurus bimaculatus , Cuculus poliocephalus , Strix leptogrammica ticehursti , Treron apicauda lowei .

Distribution. China, Vietnam.
