Type data. Ex Maxomys whiteheadi (syn. Rattus whiteheadi ), Malaysia, Selangor State, Bukit Lagong Forest Reserve.

Hosts. RODENTIA : Apomys sp., Berylmys bowersi , Leopoldamys edwardsi , L. sabanus , Maxomys alticola , M. rajah , M. surifer , M. whiteheadi , Niviventer cremoriventer , N. niviventer , Rattus everetti .

Distribution. Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand.
