Type data. Ex Niviventer cremoriventer (syn. Rattus cremoriventer ), Malaysia, Selangor State, Ulu Langat Forest Reserve.

Hosts. RODENTIA : Berylmys bowersi , Leopoldamys sabanus , Maxomys surifer , Niviventer cremoriventer , N. niviventer , Sundamys muelleri , Rattus rattus ; SCANDENTIA : Tupaia glis .

Distribution. Malaysia, Thailand.
